Shown Naked To Entire World its nothing but DEMOCRACY

3 MPs have shown bundles of cash in Lok Sabha this evening stating that Samaj Wadi Party has bribed them. Entire world was watching the live show at that time in TV sets. And what happened with this? The pride of India has gone to dogs. The democracy is shown indecent. And to say with a metaphor, democracy was shown nude to entire world by those 3 MPs. What they want to project with this? They wish to show themselves as pious and selfless.

If the bribe is true, they can state that and enquiry will be made on that. But showing bundles of cash would certainly give bitter impact. Hence the cameras in Lok Sabha were switched off immediately.

There are many allegations that many parties have tried to bribe many MPs. But showing the cash publicly in Lok Sabha speaks very low about our own country in the eye of world.

If a girl says that she got raped-that proves to be complaint. If she shows the 'affected part' publicly and states that…..how it sounds? The act of those 4 MPs is quite similar

UPA wins trust vote : 275-256

The UPA Government on Tuesday scored an emphatic victory in the confidence vote in the Lok Sabha with a comfortable margin, ending the political uncertainty that will enable the ruling coalition to push ahead with the Indo-US civilian nuclear deal.

The motion, which was forced by the Left parties' decision to withdraw support to the Government on the deal, was adopted with sizeable cross-voting from Opposition members including at least one visibly from Telegu Desum.

There was erosion in opposition numbers with only 256 opposing the motion against 275 supporting it.

In a House with an effective strength of 541, the Government needed 271 and in the ultimate result it got four more than the half-way mark, belying predictions of a cliffhanger of a contest.

The day was marred by high drama when BJP members shocked the House displaying bundles of currency notes claiming Rs one crore was given to them as advance by a Samajwadi Party leader to abstain from voting.

Charges and counter-charges over the bribery allegations disrupted proceedings for over two hours with the Opposition members not allowing Prime Minister Manmohan Singh to make his customary reply winding up the two-day debate that was often acrimonious.

In his six-page reply, which was laid on the table, the Prime Minister hit out at the Left parties saying "they wanted me to behave as their bonded slave."

"They wanted a veto over every single step of negotiations which is not acceptable," he said with regard to the negotiating processes he wanted to undertake with the International Atomic Energy Agency and the Nuclear Suppliers Group before operationalising the nuclear agreement.

Singh said the nuclear agreement will end India's nuclear isolation and apatheid and asserted that the agreements negotiated with the US, Russia, France and other countries would enable India to enter into international trade for civilian use without any interference with the nation's strategic nuclear programme.

The Prime Minister said "I have often said that I am a politician by accident....... whatever I have done in this high office I have done so with a clear conscience and the best interest of my country."

M Jagannath of the TDP, who apparently defied the party whip, came to the Prime Minister soon after the vote and congratulated him. Later, he was seen seated in the Congress benches before the result was officially announced by the Speaker.

It was not also clear after the corrections how many abstained and how many votes were cast in all.

Leader of the Lok Sabha Pranab Mukherjee was the first to congratulate the Prime Minister followed by Congress President Sonia Gandhi who is also the UPA Chairperson.

The Prime Minister hugged Rahul Gandhi who made a brief speech hailing the Prime Minister's initiative on the nuclear deal. Singh was also profusely congratulated by almost all the Union Ministers and members of the ruling combine who crowded around him while waiting for the official declaration of the result.

As Sonia Gandhi beamed in relief, Pranab Mukherjee was also the centre of attraction for the UPA MPs.

CPI-M member Varkala Radhakrishnan was the lone Opposition MP to move to the treasury benches to congratulate the Prime Minister.

The stage is set for the announcement of the political party by Megastar Chiranjeevi and though the holy Swamijis and the renowned astrologists have been issuing their predictions to caution Chiru about the wrong time of his arrival considering his horoscope and other planetary positions, it appears that there is no turning back from Megastar.

Now, it is being heard that the Chiru party announcement may take place officially on 8th of August 2008 at 8 hr 8 min and 8 sec at Nizam college grounds in Hyderabad. This buzz is making rounds prominently in the film circles and also the political circles and everyone is eager to see if this is really going to be true.

True or not, the fact remains that Chiru is arriving and it will be interesting to see if the '8' factor will help the Megastar walk his way through the treacherous lands of politics and come out unscathed or not.

Indeed 8 is the number of Saturn and Chiru has Sasa Yoga, the powerful astrological yoga obtained by that planet.

'Praja Star' that was nagababu should be called!!

Off late, the void that has been created by Megastar Chiranjeevi on the silver screen is being filled by 'Mega Brother' Nagababu. He has been doing almost every other film and with his resembling features one can feel good about the fact that somewhere Chiranjeevi or his link is seen at regular intervals.

However, there is a talk that Nagababu must actually be called 'Praja Star' since he is the one who has been making extensive tours regarding the political activities of Chiru. And it is heard that he is the man who is winning hearts of public anywhere he goes. It is also being said that he is getting good feedback from public with politics than his roles in the movies.

He seems to be the right mix for Chiru and is playing the correct role by making his presence strong in the industry and also taking the word of Chiru to public. One will not be surprised if Chiru will give his party ticket to Nagababu to represent the people in the forthcoming elections. Only time will tell.
