According to state intelligence survey, the exit poll was conducted taking the sample impressions from people and political circles in almost all the regions. It is declared that the single largest winner will be Congress in 2009 elections but the things may change only with alliances. This Pre poll forecast is conducted basing on the assumption if there is alliances as follows:1) Congress + MIM (Majlis-e-Ittehadul-Muslimeen)
2) TDP + TRS + CPI + CPM + BSP + MBT (Majlis Bachao Tehreek)
3) PRP + NTPP (Nava Telangana Praja Party) + LOKSATTA + BJP
