Not mentioning the names of any political party leader, Pavan Kalyan said: “They (political leaders) will not dare to go to the public if I begin exposing their personal matters to the public. I am ready to bear any extent of criticism for the sake of the people and I do not want to waste my valuable time by responding to their criticism.” Sources said his comments were indirectly aimed at Roja.
Addressing public meetings at Laxmanchanda and Nirmal on the last day of his three-day tour programme in the district on Monday, the Yuvarajyam chief observed that political leaders were benefited to a great extent on Telangana sentiment, but no benefit was done to the people of the region.
Blaming the state government with failing to take steps to protect the interest of Gulf returnees, he said the PRP would establish a separate ministry to address their problems if voted to power. Pavan toured Kadem, Pamuru, Gannaram, Kortikal, Kanakapur and Laxmanchanda areas in Nirmal constituency.
