Chiru Funny looks @ GOUD

NTP has merged with Chiranjeevi and Devender Goud is smiling wearing PRP pagdi. Chiranjeevi is looking serious but has given half of the place in his garland. Will he give that 50 percent share while exercising power if given by people? Will Goud continue his journey under the shadow of Chiranjeevi like he did with Chandrababu earlier? Will Goud kick out Chiru and jump away with some other party in future? Only time should unveil answers. Right now, the Telangana mission of Goud has gone in the hands of Chiranjeevi.

Will he cheat or Will he...........!!!!!

Dirty politics between PRP and TDP........!!!

People in both PRP and TDP changed the face of politics with there excellent wordings!!!! AND It all started with TDP Mahila president Roja and PRP Mahila Rajyam president Sobha Rani.

Chiranjeevi gave full permissions to the Praja Rajyam mahila chief Sobha Rani, and she just shown her brutal face to media with wordings towards ROJA. Shobha went on to allege that Roja has a shady background, which is too big to write a book. Everybody in the film industry knew how Roja had “entertained” film producers and even their sons to grow as a heroine; how she blackmailed Selvamani to marry her and how she runs bar in the night and darbar in the day. “Roja has a dirty behaviour and attire. Her brothers run belt shops in Chittoor. She is consuming liquor and dancing on the streets. We have been keeping quiet all these days; otherwise, our youth would have thrashed her long ago,” Sobha said.

Roja replied in equally filthy language. “Who is Sobha Rani and what is her political stature? Let her know how Pavan Kalyan had affairs with several women and also the background of Renu Desai,” she said. She made similar comments against Chiranjeevi and his illegal contacts with several artistes in the film industry.

Performance without script!!

Mega Star or Yuvarathna, the plight is same. Both are dumb while speaking on stage. There is no graceful impact on public. They don't know what they are talking. And they have never given clarity on the agenda of their party. They could never make a quotable quote and never made any impact on the hearts of public.

Nagam Janardana Reddy of TDP said that Chiranjeevi's speech has got no punch. In fact he too knows that Balakrishna's speech is worse. But he cannot express that in public being a soldier in yellow brigade. Nagam said that Chiru and NTR have no comparison at all. That is true indeed. NTR could make a firm mark as natural speaker.

Chiru or Balayya need script to speak. They have got no brain-tongue coordination like NTR and many other political speakers.

Although Pawan Kalyan and Roja made some statements, they ended up as controversies but they cannot be called the outcome of great speech. Pawan Kalyan's ISI allegation on Shabbir Ali and Roja's innumerable controversial statements speak less about her. Nagendra Babu, Jr NTR and Tarakaratna are now tightening their belts to hit district tours aggressively.

I Congratulate 650 Behind 'Saakshi'

Allu Aravind has launched the sports section of Saakshi TV. He addressed "I congratulate Shri YS Jagan Mohan Reddy and 650-crew working for his channel. While I was on the way to this event, a political leader who is in opposition has called me and said that we are not going to that event, and we heard you are going, is that true? Then I answered him that it is the responsibility of every citizen, irrespective of any political party, to protect fourth estate and hence I'm going. I only wish that this channel runs in unbiased mode without going partial to any party".

Lok Satha JP Narayana adress at sakshi TV launch!!

Jaya Prakash Narayan has given a right form of educating address on the dais of Sakshi TV channel launch.

"Great man thinks what is right and sell that and an inferior man thinks what can be sold ands sells that. Journalism is great and hence it should sell only what is right. I request brother YS Jagan to protect the values of Constitution with his media channel. While we are looking at touching the sky there are many citizens who are deprived of any opportunity. Let us not increase this hiatus. The idea of India is in retreat. Politics is not war field. We are living under same umbrella of constitution. We are working for same people and same country. Let us not fight. Let us work towards a healthy society".

The hall roared with claps with this address.

Congree will Win : Survery Says

The ruling Congress would emerge the clear winner in the Andhra Pradesh Assembly polls, according to the latest opinion poll conducted by the CNN-IBN group.

A statement put out by the group said that 45 per cent of the respondents voted in favour of the Congress leaving the TD with 30 per cent of the votes, the BJP with nine per cent, and the Left parties with two per cent.

Chiranjeevi’s Praja Rajyam could gain only seven per cent of the votes though it had wide support among youngsters, minorities and the Madiga community. Around 73 per cent of the respondents expressed satisfaction at the performance of the state government and also endorsed the Chief Minister, Dr Y.S. Rajasekhar Reddy’s policies.

Interestingly, 57 per cent of the respondents felt that the YSR government was better than the previous TD regime. Pertinently, the survey said that 52 per cent of the respondents across the state were against a separate Telangana and only 27 per cent were in favour of it.

However, in Telangana, 63 per cent are in favour of a separate state and only 24 per cent were against it. The opinion poll was conducted by Centre for the Study of Developing Societies through a systematic random sampling from all socio-economic groups.

Renuka legal worries!!

Daredevil Union Minister Renuka Chowdary has run herself into a legal trouble with her outburst against Sri Ram Sena for attacking girls in a pub at Mangalore in Karnataka recently.

Mangalore mayor filed a criminal case against Renuka for accusing saffron brigade of trying to "Talibanise" India. The Mayor alleged that Renuka's comment amounts to instigating communal violence and degrading Indian culture. Since she refused to apologise, he filed a criminal case against her.

Renuka, however, is not relenting. She defended her comment, saying the way saffron brigade tried to impose its ideology on the people and particularly by attacking women in the name of cultural cleansing, was no way different from the activities of Talibans in Afghanistan. She is prepared to go even to jail for standing by her words

PRP+NTP make woo to BJP: A small story

One is desperate to prevent his political oblivion, and the other jittery over his political debut. In concerted moves by a veteran politician and a novice, a behindthe-scenes attempt is on to bring about an unlikely alliance of the Prajarajyam and the Nava Telangana Party with the Bharatiya Janata Party in the state.

While officially the three parties are denying any such move, sources in the PRP and NTP said Chiranjeevi has deputed T Devender Goud to woo the BJP into striking a poll alliance or at least a seat adjustment. “To take on thetwo major forces in the state — the ruling Congress and the TDP-TRS-Left combine — Chiranjeevi has directed Devender Goud to explore some sort of arrangement with the BJP,” sources told the media.

It was Devender Goud who had negotiated with the BJP on behalf of TDP president N Chandrababu Naidu after the general elections in 1998 to forge an alliance, which lasted for five years. “Goud who is finding himself politically marginalised after quitting the TDP and forming his own party, which failed to take off, is the mediator,” the sources said.

According to the sources, Goud held talks with Chiranjeevi and Naga Babu on the issue on Monday after which the NTP leader confabulated with BJP floor leader G Kishan Reddy the same day. “Devender Goud will lead a delegation to New Delhi to meet BJP’s prime ministerial candidate L K Advani and party president Rajnath Singh on Thursday,” the sources said.

Goud told at a press conference on Tuesday that his delegation will offer the support of the PRP and NTP to the BJP on the private members’ bill to be moved in the Lok Sabha by the right-wing party on Telangana on February 20. “But the agenda also includes forging some kind of understanding for the elections,” sources said.

The state BJP, however, is publicly maintaining that there is no question of any understanding with the PRP-NTP combine and that it would go it alone. But indications are that it is not averse to exploring a few options to expand its base in Andhra Pradesh.

The PRP and NTP have already announced that they will have a tieup for the coming general and assembly elections.

They are angry with Naidu

Telugu Desam president N Chandrababu Naidu's remarks that the Collectors are acting like Congress agents has kicked up a row at the Collectors' conference being held at Hyderabad on Tuesday.

Several Collectors found fault with Naidu for making such a comment. They said government was a continuous process, irrespective of change in the ruling parties. "We don't have our own personal agenda. Our duty is only to implement the agenda given by the government of the day. Once the election code of conduct comes into force, we all come under the authority of Election Commission. We cannot side with any political party. How can Naidu attribute motives to us?" a Collector argued angrily.

Ministers Anam Ramnarayan Reddy and Botsa Satyanarayana lashed out at Naidu for trying to blackmail the officials.

Cong's KBK contest on mahakotami!!

With elections round the corner, political parties are coming out with innovative campaign in the electronic media.

The Telugu Desam's ad campaign using chicks and crows and interviews with honest officers, Congress party's counter campaign describing Naidu as a fox and Chiranjeevi's human interesting campaign calling for a change in the governance have all attracted the viewers.

Now, the latest campaign of the Congress is more interesting. It is based on the famous Kaun Banega Crorepati, whose theme was the basis for latest movie sensation Slumdog Millionaire. In this advertisement, the anchor asks questions to the participants on the irregularities in Chandrababu Naidu regime and rewards the winners with gifts.

YSR Power mantra again!!!

Perhaps, Chief Minister Dr Y S Rajasekhara Reddy is of the view that power sector will once again come to his rescue in the next elections.

Just as free-power supply-to-farmers scheme did the trick for YSR in 2004 elections, he declared on Tuesday that if the Congress comes to power, there would be no power tariff hike for another five years. "My first signature on the file after coming to power in 2004 is free power to farmers. This time, it will be on the file announcing no tariff hike policy for any sector for the next five years," YSR said, while releasing the banners of no power tariff hike at the Collectors' Conference.

The Congress leaders are hopeful that this would create a huge impact on the electorate in favour of the ruling party. The party is all set to launch a massive campaign on this scheme in the coming few days.

Pawan ask anushka to do an Ad!!!

Yes, that was what our ‘Arundhati’ was told by power star Pawan Kalyan. But ad-film, for what? Of course, his political outfit! Now, don’t get confused. Here are the details: Anushka is believed to have approached Puri Jagannath recently, seeking an opportunity to act opposite Pawan. However, the ‘youth’ leader might have thought of cashing in on her overnight celebrity status, which would add glamour quotient to their party campaigning. And, he asked the bewitching beauty to do an ad-film for his party, that too, for free, in order to get a chance to pair up with him on the silver screen! The ad-film is being done by none other than Allu Sirish, son of producer Allu Arvind. That’s the way you should propagate yourself, be it onscreen or off the screen. Isn’t it right, Pawan?!

KCR ki Full Bottle !!!

Telangana Vidyarthi Sangham has printed pamphlets addressing KCR. They have warned KCR looking at his style of working for Telangana. It is known that he has been with Congress for tenure and before elections he joined with TDP.

Telangana Vidyarthi Sangham members felt that KCR has lost vision on his movement and simply spending time sitting in his home and boozing. There is a mention of that in the pamphlet as well.

The pamphlet mentioned that KCR is asking for a full bottle everyday and spoiling his health as well as the movement. The way he talks holding a mike is senseless and like a drunkard, felt Telangana Vidyarthi Sangham.

The pamphlet also mentioned that KCR is focusing only on procuring Rajya Sabha seat for his daughter and Deputy CM position for his son. And he is planning to sit in Delhi becoming a Central Minister. Beyond all this he is pulling Prof Jaya Shankar every night to give company for him consuming 1 or 2 pegs. He buried his Telangana ideology on a whole, is the essence.

It is said that KCR has decided to move in group but not in single for the fear of naxals and Telangana people who are hot on KCR. Right now only Chandrababu should save KCR.

While TRS people are saying that this pamphlet activity was carried by Congress in the disguise of Telangana Vidyarti Sangham, some reliable sources say that it's carried by Devender Goud.

skips ‘jinxed’ town

Guntur: Chiranjeevi’s followers in the temple town of Amaravathi were jubilant on Thursday for a strange reason. They were celebrating after Chiranjeevi cancelled his scheduled overnight stay at Amaravathi on the last day of his tour on Friday.

Surprised? For, they believe top leaders who visit this small town located on the banks of river Krishnaveni and stay overnight face severe setbacks in their political careers. “We are relieved upon learning that our star hero would not be staying here,” said Sankara Rao, an ardent fan of the actorturned-politician.

According to locals, N Janardhana Reddy visited Amaravathi just before being asked to quit as CM by the Congress high command in 1993. Jail Singh visited the place and stayed overnight when he was the President. But his efforts at second term did not bear fruits as he had fallen out of favour with then PM Rajiv Gandhi.

While many leaders fell from grace, the recent one was that of Maganti Venkateswara Rao (Babu). He was forced to quit the state cabinet just a few days after his visit to Amaravathi.

Curiously, chief minister Y S Rajasekhara Reddy visited this town in 2004 during Krishna Pushkarams but did not go to the temple. “He skipped the temple at the suggestions of local leaders and enjoyed power for a full five-year term,” observed Mallikharjuna Rao, a local school teacher.

However, transport minister Kanna Lakshminarayana has never gone to campaign without offering prayers at the temple. “But, the god has never disappointed me,” he remarked.

The PRP chief would be staying overnight at Gorantla village on the outskirts of Guntur on Friday night before leaving for Hyderabad on Saturday morning.

I-T raids on PRP leaders
The income-tax officials raided the houses of two PRP leaders in Chittoor district on Thursday. The IT officials raided the residences of Chandragiri PRP leader Saikam Jayachandra Reddy and C Rajagopal of Tirupati. They seized incriminating documents.

Approval for T-statement!!

Chief Minsiter Dr Y S Rajasekhar Redyd is learnt to have taken approval from Madam Sonia Gandhi before making a statement on Telangana, because it would form the basis for the party's campaign in the coming elections.

Before making the statement in the House, YSR had a long discussion with PCC president D Srinivas and his advisor K V P Ramachandra Rao; and also some senior leaders of the Telangna Congress like V Hanumantha Rao and M Satyaranarayana Rao and disclosed his mind. He also told them that Sonia Gandhi had endorsed his statement. After discussing all pros and cons, YSR made the statement in the House.

Interestingly, the Telangana leaders looked very happy after meeting the Chief Minister. VH, in fact, told mediapersons that the High Command had given green signal to YSR to announce support to Telangana. The Chief Minsiter is learnt to have got the approval from Sonia during his latest visit to New Delhi, but he took enough care that the news did not leak to the media.

Suri coming back!!!

If everything goes well, Gangula Suryanarayana Reddy, better known as Maddelacheruvu Suri alias car bomb Suri might get bail before the general elections.

Suri, convicted for the 1997 car bomb blast in Jubilee Hills, has been in prison for more than 10 years. And from the safe custody of the prison walls, the mastermind had allegedly hatched a conspiracy and got eliminated his arch-rival and former minister in Telugu Desam government Paritala Ravi.

Now that Konda Reddy, one of the accused in the Paritala Ravi murder has been granted bail on Wednesday, speculation is rife that most of the accused will be freed on the same terms.

The prison term of Suri in the car bomb case ended recently and Suri will definitely get bail, at least on health grounds, for his health had deteriorated during his long prison term, sources close to him told us.

The faction feuds and the entwined politics in the drought-ridden Anantapur district will take a serious turn if he is freed before the elections, a Telugu Desam leader said.

An advocated closely following the Paritala Ravi murder case, however, said the chances of Suri getting a bail are bright.

Chiru says my tax info not for all:

The Income-Tax department in Chennai turned down ex-MLA and former APSRTC chairman, Mr Gone Prakash Rao’s request for income tax details of Praja Rajyam chief, Chiranjeevi.

Mr Prakash Rao filed a request under the Right to Information Act to the deputy commissioner of I-T, Chennai. The commissioner asked Chiranjeevi if he had any objections. Chiranjeevi wrote back saying he “strongly objected” to the request. It further said: “The information is confidential. Chiranjeevi objected as it amounts to invasion of privacy. In view of this the information is rejected.” Mr Rao mentioned in his application that Chiranjeevi told a meeting that his income was an open book which could be accessed by anyone.

Chief Minister Conspiracy

Telugu Desam star campaigner Nandamuri Balakrishna is not interested in contesting Lok Sabha; and is more enthusiastic about contesting the Assembly elections.

If one were to read between the lines of his statement, one can easily understand his intentions. Balaiah is eyeing on the Chief Minister's post sooner or later. If the Telugu Desam comes to power, Balaiah has every right to stake claim for the CM's post, suggesting his brother-in-law Chandrababu Naidu go to national politics as a king maker. Thus, he can bring pressure on Naidu through his fans and party cadres to concede his demand. If Naidu insists on being the CM, there can even be a coup in a couple of years down the line.

That is the reason why Naidu is very keen on sending Balaiah to Lok Sabha, so that there would not be any hurdle for him in the State. And Balaiah is trying to checkmate his bava's plans. Good, but first see that TD comes to power!

Pawan Warns!!!!

Strongly reacting to personal criticisms made by political leaders against him, Yuvarajyam president Pavan Kalyan challenged that no political leader commenting on his personal life would have a face to show if he starts exposing them.

Not mentioning the names of any political party leader, Pavan Kalyan said: “They (political leaders) will not dare to go to the public if I begin exposing their personal matters to the public. I am ready to bear any extent of criticism for the sake of the people and I do not want to waste my valuable time by responding to their criticism.” Sources said his comments were indirectly aimed at Roja.

Addressing public meetings at Laxmanchanda and Nirmal on the last day of his three-day tour programme in the district on Monday, the Yuvarajyam chief observed that political leaders were benefited to a great extent on Telangana sentiment, but no benefit was done to the people of the region.

Blaming the state government with failing to take steps to protect the interest of Gulf returnees, he said the PRP would establish a separate ministry to address their problems if voted to power. Pavan toured Kadem, Pamuru, Gannaram, Kortikal, Kanakapur and Laxmanchanda areas in Nirmal constituency.

Beaware KCR !!!

It's already known news that a fire accident took place in Telangana Bhavan and the place where the Vishwa Shanti Yagam is being performed has got burnt down. It's implied that 'ashanthi' took place where 'shanti yagam' is being performed.

This entire episode is being attributed to astrologer Ramanachary who proposed the yagam and also predicted that KCR will be enjoying Raja Yogam.

The man who predicted KCR's Rajayogam couldn't predict the mishap that happened now. He is the man who is moving around KCR just for the sake of selfish reasons but nothing else. If KCR believes all these sycophants around him, his political career will also be burnt down like Yagam!!!

money laundering by YS Jagan says Babu

TDP President and Leader of Opposition in Andhra Pradesh Assembly N Chandrababu Naidu on Monday demanded that the Centre order an inquiry into illegal financial transactions, including the "money laundering" in 14 "benami" companies promoted by Chief Minister YS Rajasekhara Reddy's son Jaganmohan Reddy.

He wanted a judicial probe by a sitting judge into the affairs of Satyam Computers, Maytas Infra, Maytas Properties, the 14 companies promoted by Jaganmohan Reddy and also Heritage Foods owned by his (Naidu's) wife and family.

Initiating a heated debate on the Satyam scandal in the state assembly on Monday, Naidu launched a frontal attack on the Chief Minister alleging that the latter amassed crores of rupees through illicit means, violating all relevant laws in the process.

"SEBI rules were violated. FEMA, FERA and the RBI Acts have been violated and even the Income Tax Act was breached in the functioning of the 14 companies promoted by the Chief Minister's son. The Government of India should immediately conduct an inqury into the gross financial irregularities," Chandrababu said.

Ramulamma kosam KCR seat sacrifice

Looks like Telangana Rashtra Samithi president K Chandrasekhara Rao has fallen flat for film actress-turned-Telangana protagonist Vijayshanti a ka Ramulamma.

So much so that KCR is now ready to sacrifice his favourite Karimnagar Lok Sabha seat to Vijayashanti, if the party sources are to be believed. Though Vijayashanti is interested in contesting from Warangal, her so-called native district, KCR is learnt to have asked her to shift to Karimnagar, which is a safe seat.

There are different reasons, apart from his new-found affinity towards Vijayshanti, for KCR sacrificing Karimnagar seat. First of all, KCR is unhappy with the voters of Karimnagar for humiliating him by giving a meagre majority of 15,000 votes in the last year's by-election.

Secondly, he has received information that Praja Rajyam Party has made a lot of inroads into the TRS vote bank in Karimangar district and Chiranjeevi and Pavan Kalyan are particularly targeting this constituency. So, it is better to make Vijayshanti a scapegoat!

Ratha Yatra ki Balayya's 'Drinking' Affecting

It is not even a week since Yuvaratna Nandamuri Balakrishna launched his "ratha yatra" from Anantapur district.

And Balaiah already looks exhausted. His voice has collapsed and the punch in his dialogues has gone missing. He is not able to speak continuously for five minutes and within that short time, he is literally searching for words. He is just waving to the crowds and thumping his thighs, but he is not able to speak cohesively.

People are comparing him with his father N T Rama Rao. For that matter, NTR never looked exhausted. He used to take all precautions to save his voice; he was mentally and physically fit because of his regular exercises and yoga. He never used to consume liquor, unlike Balaiah. And he could tour the entire State without any halt. That's how, he could win the hearts of the people, without gaining any media publicity!

Kesineni Nani comments on PRP

In an NTV Interview Kesineni Nani revealed his comments about PRP after he quits from the party.

some points before we go into deep :

*Straight from the heart
*Point Blank
*Nikkatchi gaa Maatladadu

His comments are :

a) Chiru is a bigger actor in real life

b) 2500 crores is their target by end of election

c) Chiru loves only his community

d) The first question Chiru asks in the morning to Allu Aravind
'Ee Mitra, Parakala eppudu potharu Party nundi ?'

e) I will more or less join TDP.

f) Even if PRP wins 1-2 MP seats, the plan is to sell those MP's to BJP after election. This is their agreement with Shatrughan Sinha. I was party to that plan.

g) Chiru likes Vandhi Magadhulu around him. He doesnt like criticism.

h) There will be hardly 500 cadre in each constituency , for PRP.

i) It is not praja rajyam. It is Aravind's Bandhu Rajyam.

Of course, Mitra was there in the same interview. He avoided talking on most of the above and denying some at the same time.

Sounds Good to public!!!

The atmosphere in AP has became very hot with politics and the state assembely is going for elections very shortly. Its time for all the politics people to make noise and get attention of public towards them.

They bark and bark until they get the votes.....after voting completed they start snor like tiger or lions on public money not on the crime and corruption.

let see who will get best darking ward this time!!!!!

Thoda kottadam ekkavua ayendhi!!!

Telugu Desam star attraction Nandamuri Balakrishna's road shows might be drawing huge crowds, but his dramatics are getting a bit too much.

On the first day of his tour in Hindupur, people cheered him when he thumped his thighs and twirled his moustache. But, he is repeating it everywhere. On Tuesday, Balaiah thumped his thigh again on seeing the crowds, but there was no applause from the crowds; this itself shows his overaction is not being appreciated everywhere.

Moreover, his oft-repeated dialogues from his hit films Samarasimha Reddy and Narasimha Naidu, are also not being cherished. Dialogues like "Kanti Chooputho Champestha"; "Mee Intikochcha, Mee Nattintikoccha.." are becoming very boring. Try for some thing new, Mr Balaiah!

NTP thinking to contest under PRP symbol

The Nava Telangana party led by T Devender Goud has decided to make its first move towards possible merger with Prajarajyam Party. The party has decided to take shelter under the PRP umbrella and contest the polls on the symbol of PRP.

In an informal chat with newsmen on Tuesday, Goud said that his party and PRP had forged an alliance and felt that that it would be advantageous to contest the elections on a common symbol.

This would help the NTP more he said as they can hold joint campaigns and can reduce the confusion among voters if they have one common symbol. Both NTP and PRP are registered parties. Once it qualifies to be known as a recognised party by the EC, it can be allotted an election symbol. He recalled a precedent when in 1983 Sanjay Vichar Manch led by Maneka Gandhi fought election in the state with the support of TDP using its poll symbol -Cycle.

PRP is trying to get a common election symbol for the party candidates during the 2009 elections. But if it fails in its attempt then the two registered parties will have to choose from the 59 free symbols, Goud said.

More Kapu's Into PRP the follow continues!!!

As elections are fast approaching, leaders representing Kapu community are under tremendous pressure from their community people to desert their respective political parties and join Praja Rajyam Party.

On Tuesday, former deputy speaker and senior Congress MLA from Krishna district Booragadda Vedavyas, who represents Kapu community, has announced that he would be joining PRP. Vedavyas, supposed to be a close confidant of Chief Minister Dr Y S Rajasekhara Reddy, has been playing behind the screen role in PRP and already sent all his followers into that party. Now after getting an assurance from Chiranjeevi for a party ticket, he decided to take the jump.

So is the case with former minister and senior TD leader Kothapalli Subbarayudu from West Godavari district. Though he played active role in TD till recently and even participated in Chandrababu Naidu's road shows, Kothapalli is under pressure from his followers to join the PRP. On Tuesday, he skipped the TD Legislature Party meeting. He is likely to switch over to PRP in a day or two, sources said.

Vijayashanti Yagam or Vishwashanti Yagam

The Vishwashanti Yagam being performed by Telangana Rashtra Samithi president K Vijayarama Rao, supposedly for world peace and achievement of Telangana, has become a subject of ridicule, even within the TRS circles.

A veteran Telangana protagonist, who has been friend, philosopher and guide for the TRS president, himself was found cracking a joke on the yagam at Telangana Bhavan. Apparently irritated at the way KCR was pampering heroine-turned-Telangana leader Vijayashanti, this gentleman wondered whether KCR was performing "Vishwashanti Yagam" or "Vijayashanti Yagam."

Though KCR described Vijayashanti as his sister, those who is aware of his habits could make out his feelings while shaking hands with her on the occasion of her joining the TRS. They say KCR might perform Vijayashanti Yagam, too, some time later, if not in public!

Babu bhava maridhini kadhu ....NTR muddhu biddanu!!

The road shows of Yuvaratna Balakrishna, the star campaigner of Telugu Desam, has entered the fourth day and he is gradually opening up his mind on his future plans, much to the chagrin of TD president N Chandrababu Naidu.

Apparentlhy, Balaiah has realised that the people do not believe Chandrababu Naidu, nor do they have any soft corner towards him. So, he decided to take it upon himself to revive the glory of TD. In his road show in Kurnool district, Balaiah made it clear that he had to come into the people "not as Chandrababu Naidu's brother-in-law, but as son of late N T Rama Rao, to revive the past glory of Telugu Desam."

In Anantapur, too, Balakrishna told people that he would assume the responsibilities of implementing the promises made by Chandrababu Naidu in letter and spirit. "I will not allow anybody violating the promises made to the people," he said.

This is definitely an embarrassing situation for Naidu. He is now worried as to what extent Balaiah would go during his road shows. Don't be surprised, Naidu might even play spoilsport with Balaiah's roadshows midway!

Mundhu undhi musalla pandaga babu ki!!!

TDP president N Chandrababu Naidu might be on Cloud nine for bringing major opposition parties together to form Maha Kootami, but a lots of troubles are in store for him within his party.

According to party sources, there is a lot of disgruntlement among the party leaders and cadres over the number of seats allotted to Telangana Rashtra Samithi. Apart from the seats it contested in the last Assembly elections, TRS is asking several other crucial seats in Telangana, which is causing a lot of unrest among the ticket aspirants in TD, because in most of these constituencies, TD is very strong. So is the case with the seats being demanded by the Communist parties.

Though Naidu is requesting the party cadres to be prepared for sacrifices, it is unlikely to have any impact on them and in many constituencies, the Maha Kootami might face the problem of TD rebels.

Taking advantage of this situation, Chief Minister Dr Y S Rajasekhara Reddy is learnt to have asked the local Congress leaders to trap these TD rebels into the Congress fold. If there are any strong candidates among these rebels, Congress might field support them; otherwise, they would be encouraged to split the Oppositon votes. And if the Congress comes to power again, they would get suitable positions.

So, it is not so easy Naidu. You need to do your homework properly before joining hands with the allies.

Balaiah headache to Ramoji!!!

It is to be underlined that no English News Paper is giving coverage to Balayya's campaign. The reason is known. The people those prepare press note are getting confused of what Balayya is saying. They are unable to draft anything to drop in the offices of English dailies. And the news reporters from English dailies are also returning in silence without making any notes of what Balayya is saying. His confused speech is making the plight of TDP ruined.

On the other hand, ETV officials are also worried to give coverage for Balayya as people are laughing at his speech. Ramoji Rao worried that giving excessive coverage for Balayya's campaign would certainly affect TDP badly and hence telling his people to filter the content and show meekly. But the officials said it seems that there is nothing to trim and filter as everything in the speech is a trash. Ramoji is holding his head now.

It is now turn for Ramoji to educate Balayya in speech and also Chandrababu in the matter of giving orientation for Balayya before making him leap into campaigning on roads

PULI vs Angry young man

If one could remember Pawan Kalyan had commented on Rajshekar that the actor cannot speak proper Telugu, this had Rajshekar completely shaken and in his trademark style had his wife retort to Pawan Kalyan's remarks. Now, after much deliberation he has the incident inserted in his upcoming film Satyameva Jayate, and now he claims that he has an appropriate retort for Pawan Kalyan in the movie. That's interesting, but one doubt largely lurks in the audience's mind, and that is, if the retort (hopefully in Telugu) would be in Rajshekar's own voice, or in a dubbed voice? Rajshekar could make efforts to clarify on this aspect also.

CCC VS YSR : A special article

The time has come for the people of Andhra Pradesh and for that matter, the people of India to choose their next set of leaders to run the country for the next five years. Narrowing down, the focus has been on the political scenario in Andhra given the fact that there have been few really dramatic changes in the past year or two. So it is not just the Telugu folk but the entire nation that is keenly looking forward to see the outcome of this poll.

The strong contender is none other than Y S Rajasekhar Reddy who is the current Chief Minister but then this time he has got his strongest opponents in the form of the C-C-C triangle. They are Chandrababu Naidu, the TDP leader and head of the 'Maha Kootami', Chandrasekhar Rao, the leader of the Telangana Rashtra Samithi and last but not the least Chiranjeevi, head and founder of the Praja Rajyam Party. So it has become imperative for many political analysts to actually look at what sort of impact this trio will have on the chances of YS becoming the CM again.

Chandrababu Naidu who has been showing enough desperation to come back to power has now assembled the small forces to form a 'Maha Kootami' and not stopping at that he has also brought in the cine glamour in the form of the Nandamuri clan. However, it is widely believed that all this is a tight rope walk given the ideology of the political parties that are part of the 'Kootami' and the sudden switch on the Telangana issue has definitely cost the TDP a fair amount as it looked more a political decision than considering the sentiment of the people.

Whether Telangana is coming or not, every political party barring Congress has begun to sing the same song and it must be admitted that not many of them are really the true Telangana fighters or do not even know what the essence of all this is about. For now, the torch bearer for this happens to be KCR but then his association with Naidu has put him in the back seat and it is being noticed that he has been maintaining a low profile contrasting to his rough tongued nature. Sources inside TRS camp are saying that KCR has resigned to the fact that it is going to be YSR again.

Megastar Chiranjeevi who has come in with the image of 'Andarivadu' has been tasting a slice of reality and what it is like when you go into the midst of a common man and try to resolve the issues and problems. Though the hype of Chiru has been high, by no means was it able to create a Tsunami that was expected like the one in the year 1983 when the legendary NTR established the Telugu Desam Party. Already, there are reports that internal dissatisfaction has been creeping up slowly inside the PRP camp and the senior leaders who left their long associated parties to join Chiru are now said to be cursing themselves since they are not getting the due recognition. So it will be a backyard war first for Chiru before he actually takes on the regime of YSR.

All this apart, it is being said that YS has become a hero in the towns and interior areas of Andhra Pradesh given his dynamic initiatives like 'Arogya Sri' 'Indiramma Padhakam' and many other civil projects that he has undertaken towards agriculture. The rural and agricultural sectors are said to be quite positive on him and though the presence of C-C-C has been quite exhaustive and extensive for the various reasons, all roads are leading to Gandhi Bhavan for the next celebration of power. Let us wait and see how this goes.

Praja Rajyam Movie!!!

Ever since megastar Chiranjeevi has come out with his 'Praja Rajyam' party many of his fans have been joining him and one among them happens to be the noted journalist and the publisher of the famous film magazine 'Santosham', Suresh Kondeti. As expected, Suresh did not take long to join PRP.

Not stopping at that, he had also registered a title for a film with the same name 'Praja Rajyam' and sources close to him said that he was up for coming in with a movie right before the elections. But as of now, not an inch of the venture has hit the floors and given the timeline for elections, it looks quite unlikely.

Experts say that if Suresh does get involved and manages to release the movie after the election then the very purpose of the film would not be served. So it remains to be seen what he is going to do with the title and how he is able to impress upon Chiru about his ardent devotion.
