Azhar to focus on Hyderabad


Former Indian cricket captain and Congress MP Mohd Azharuddin says he will not forget Hyderabad, though he got elected from Moradabad in Uttar Pradesh.

Azhar, who met Chief Minister Dr Y S Rajasekhara Reddy in the evening, said he would do his best for the development of Hyderabad which has given him so much name and fame. “My priority is always for my home town,” he said.

Earlier, Azhar kept media persons waiting at the Taj Banjara Hotel, where he was supposed to address a press conference. However, the media persons were told later that Azhar had an engagement at some other place, after which he would have to fly back to Delhi.
