Tarampam Tarampam Telangana ku nenu sye: Chiru
Chiranjeevi declared that his party would not come in the way, if the UPA government at the Centre announces the formation of Telangana. "I understand the sentiments of the people of Telangana and my party always respects the feelings of the people. My heart beats to the tune of your aspirations. We are for separate Telangana," he said.
What is more, he ended his speech with the slogan "Jai Telangana," as the people fired crackers. "Why is the Centre silent on this crucial issue? Let us all bring pressure on Delhi rulers to grant separate Telangana," he thundered. He said Telangana was not actually a backward area, as being claimed by a few leaders, but was pushed backward by the rulers in the past. "Let us all have a developed and glorious Telangana," he said.

Chiru medha no feelings boss!!!
Balayya as CM:
"I never said Balayyya babai will be next CM. I only said that he will be CM in future. There is lot of difference between the two. The next CM will be Chandrababu Mamayya for sure", said Tarakaratna.
Media Creating Problems:
"We are all united. But media is creating some split among us. NTR is busy with his film. He cannot bring loss for a movie just for the sake of his personal and political interests. A day loss for a big budget movie is quite unimaginable. Hence he is sticking to his shooting as per my knowledge. Media also created some split between Kalyan Ram and NTR saying that they are fighting for Gannavaram ticket. That's not true".
Mamayya Sowed SW Seeds:
"We are all just kids in politics. Chandrababu Mamayya did a lot for the state. He has sowed in the seeds of software in his 9 year rule. Many families are living on that now. Every farmer family also has a software employee. There were no rains during his rule and that was a natural calamity where no one can correct".
My Films-My Venkatadri:
"I'm focused on my film 'Venkatadri' now. We are planning to release that in December. I don't have any other political desires now. I'm here only to support TDP as it was established by our grand father. And I'm the fan of Balayya babai and hence I wish to see him as CM in future".
About Chiranjeevi:
"I don't want to criticize or talk about any other party except TDP. I'm not at all prepared for such acts", is his statement when asked about Chiranjeevi.
About Lakshmi Parvathi:
I don't say anything about anyone. Everybody has got the right to have own feelings and opinions. Only people will give judgment at the end. Our TDP is a ray of hope for crores of Telugus. It will come to power for sure

Software engineers get shock from MSR(congress)
Meanwhile, MSR's words of wisdom seems to have been taken very seriously by the IT professionals and off late it has been noticed that the lunch boxes for these professionals contain fruits and raw vegetables. When asked about it, they say it is the 'MSR Effect' given the increasing consciousness for health. In fact many software engineers in Hyderabad are keeping away from junk foods and fast foods these days but only preying on fresh raw vegetables and fruits.
Roja Blue film tho warning ata!!!
You have been actively campaigning in rural areas. Do you think the emergence of new outfits and parties has affected Telugu Desam's poll prospects?
See, what you often see in the media is not reality. Being an active politician, I go to the masses. I know their pulse while trying to study their issues. Neither the TDP nor its president Chandrababu Naidu is going to be affected with the new development. I get support from more and more people each time I visit their villages across the State.
More and more film actors take to politics, the latest being Jayasudha.
Film actors usually enter into politics for reasons best known to them and you. I don't want to comment on such entries because it doesn't worth it. They have their own vested interests. How can we expect the film stars who are accustomed to luxuries go out in the blazing son and serve the public? Even Chiranjeevi seems to be very tired with his road show. It seems he will soon stop his political drama and go back home. ?
You also were an actress.
I didn't join politics for any position or personal benefit. In fact, my tryst with politics began when my father's friend was contesting an election. I wanted to campaign for him in the elections. But once I was out there with the public, I realised the problems faced by common people. Then I decided to work actively. Instead of taking up a key position in the party, I started learning how an actual politician should work for the society. And I still go out to the public and take up issues instead of sitting idle within the comfort of the office. ? You are undoubtedly the most active woman politician in the State today, taking up issues and fighting for the welfare of people.
Haven't you faced any problem in male-dominated politics?
Why not? Men generally don't like women in politics. They feel that it's their dominion. Apparently, many eyebrows rose when I plunged into active politics.
They say you have more enemies within your party than outside.
Well, not exactly. I don't have enemies as such. Perhaps, yes, there are jealous people around. They were there when I was in films too. Once a blue film cassette of a woman slightly resembling me was sent to the TDP office and there were concentrated efforts to malign my name. Our leader Chandrababu Naidu understood the reality. If it was an action meant to smear me in public the cassette might have gone to the media and the public. I know about myself. I don't care what gossipmongers and jealous lots say. I know my people. And people know me.
Do you think Chiranjeevi's entry will change the political equations in the State?
Sure, it will. But it doesn't mean that Chiranjeevi will bag several seats and will come to power. He may be able to split votes causing the State to have a hung Assembly. He is our good family friend. What he is doing is not exactly meant to serve the people as he claims. Splitting the votes will result in political chaos and in the process, the actual issues faced by people will be forgotten.
Did you get any invitation from to join Praja Rajyam?
Not really. He knows that I'm a committed politician. So, no one invited me. Chandrababu Naidu is a seasoned politician and my leader. Everyone knows that. ?
Will you contest the next Assembly elections?
Yes, I will. There is utmost happiness and satisfaction when you are voted by the people to represent them in the House. More over, you can bring in their issues to the government once you are an elected representative.
What do you think will be TDP's state after the elections?
Our party, under the undisputed leadership of Chandrababu Naidu, will sure be voted to power. And he will be our next Chief Minister. No doubts.

Amma cheppindha???
Ramoji Rao did launch Junior NTR, but the film ‘Ninnu Choodalani’ did not make any impact. It was the second film, ‘Student No. 1,’ that launched Junior NTR’s film career, and very shortly, hits like ‘Aadi’ and ‘Simhadri’ ensured that the ‘unaccepted’ grandson of NTR, and his closest look-alike, has arrived.
TDP insiders say Shalini had not forgiven the NTR clan on the one hand, and Naidu on the other, for the initial treatment meted out to her and son. While Junior NTR was virtually ignored by the NTR clan despite being the son of Harikrishna, she was not accepted in the Nandamuri clan because she was the second wife of Harikrishna.
Thus while the NTR clan is posing problems for Naidu by projecting Balakrishna as their leader rather than the TDP president, Shalini’s prevailing on Junior NTR to concentrate on his career rather than lend a helping hand to Naidu can act as a big blow to Naidu’s comeback dream. “With so many problems within, Naidu is relying on Balakrishna to sort things out but it is doubtful whether Junior NTR would listen to him as the latter considers his mother as the only person who stood by him through the thick and thin,” one insider remarked.
According to sources, Naidu has urged Balakrishna to prevail upon the clan to project a united picture at least at the ‘Yuvagarjana’ rally in Guntur on November 5. “Junior NTR’s absence would be a big blow for Naidu as the actor has a seizable following in the coastal region, the battleground where Chiranjeevi is threatening Naidu’s domain. Rather than Balakrishna, if Naidu wants Junior NTR at the Guntur rally, he should approach Shalini. But is he willing to do it is the question,” said a TDP leader.
Evaru babu indians poor ani cheppindhi!!!
As a news source enlightened freshly, Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao opened a new page in history in 1983 and that turned out to be a source of superiority complex for stars of today as well. NTR has shown over confidence after his first term but lost in the subsequent elections. He had lost his Kalvakurthy seat to a temple priest astonishingly. And Super Star Krishna who won with huge majority in 1989 Lok Sabha elections has lost with very huge margin within the next two years. And his wife Vijaya Nirmala had lost with huge difference from Kaikaluru then. In 1999, U Krishnam Raju who won the seat from Jogayya lost the same to the same opponent facing the defeat in subsequent elections. In 1989, Jamuna won from Rajahmundry but lost within two years to opponent. Same is the case with Babu Mohan in 1999. And Oorvasi Sarada who bagged MP seat in 1996, couldn't get even an MLA seat in 1999 elections. And last but not least, our beloved Ashwini Dutt who tried to win in 2004 elections from Vijayawada has tasted defeat in the hands of Lagadapati Raja Gopal. Chiranjeevi campaigned for Dutt those days. And the same Chiranjeevi started his own party now.
Looking at the so-called cine glamour, almost all the political parties are trying to glue the same. Rajendra Prasad, Sri Hari, Giribabu, Jayasudha, Adi Seshagiri Rao, Krishna, SV Krishna Reddy and many others are showing their Congress faces. And Chandrababu is openly dependant on Nandamuri heroes. Vijayshanthi has her own party and KCR is trying to join with her for cine glamour.
Actors are actors and that flows in their blood!!! Jayasudha and Chiranjeevi fight each other tomorrow sitting in two different parties-but both are seen hugging each other in Mohan Babu's son's engagement function. Mohan Babu smashed Chiranjeevi but seen holding his hands in warmth of friendship in the same function. Vijayashanthi may talk ill about Chiru or Balayya but who knows what intimacy she has with those old stars. Jeevitha and Rajasekhar attempted verbal attacks on Chiranjeevi but jumped into silence for the fear of letting their personal secrets known for public from the mouth of Posani. Sri Hari is silently working on his land speculation keeping a leg in ruling party. Rajendra Prasad who was the bearer of yellow flag is now joining with Congress for personal reasons. There are no men with statesmen ideology now. All are politicians with personal interests or for personal reasons.
All the actors those are sitting in easy chairs have got some performance to do on roads now. And indeed, the concerned parties are paying them with huge benefits-like lands and other assets.
Many artistes have campaigned for TDP in previous elections and the party has bitten the mud. Eventually Dasari and other Congress leaders started playing with cine people those have campaigned for TDP. Now the film field has classified into different party zones. The 2009 elections will be like a big multi star movie that was ever seen and never seen in the history of cinema. Yes, 1000s of crores is going to shell out for the coming elections. Who can invest such big sum? Even Spiel Bergs, James Cameroons, 20th Century Foxes, Columbia Pictures, Metro Goldwyn Mayors cannot invest such big sum. Who said Indians are going poor? They are the richest in the world. They can throw their every penny for entertainment. They don't even bother if their beloved stars become predators to their lives. Rather, they encourage.

NEDE CHUDANDI NANDHAMURI POLITICS!!!
Apparently perturbed over the reports, he called up each and every hero would attend the rally, as it would lend support to the TD as well as their uncle Balakrishna. "If you don't turn up, Balaiah will get upset and might not be willing to come to the meeting," he reportedly told them.
After convincing them, Chandrababu held a press meet on Thursday to give a clarification to the conflicting reports. He said Yuvagarjana rally was going to be an all Nandamuri show. "There is no doubt that all the heroes of Nandamuri family will attend the meeting. Please don't believe any rumours," he appealed to the party workers and people. Let us see, how it works out.
Chiranjeevi leads in sumo fighting
In this effect, experts have been saying that he has become a nightmare for both Y S Rajasekhar Reddy and Chandrababu Naidu. On the other hand, there are staunch followers of Chiru who have been vouching real hard that it is only Chiru and no one else who is the future Chief Minister.
Meanwhile, the picture that you are watching right now has been making rounds like crazy among the net users and by looking at it, the message will be clear as to how some see the situation is going to be. This will truly be an interesting sumo fight when the elections take place.

Megastar ki politics baga vantabattai ata!!!
Politics is one stream that tends to polish up even the most amateur of individuals, who else better than Megastar Chiranjeevi can explain this in a better way. After having made his debut as a politician, Chiru has been seeing the realistic side of what it takes to impress the common man.
Meanwhile, he has been working hard on the nuances of political body language and after having got the credit of being a touch me not kind of star in the film industry, he has now come up with open arms and has begun his journey with the art of hugging which is the basic for a political aspirant.
This was seen clearly during the recent engagement ceremony of Manchu Vishnuvardhan Babu where he hugged Jayasudha who is now with Congress, Mohan Babu who despises him to the core and also greeted Balayya who will soon be campaigning for his rival party. Good going Chiru!!!

Babu ki Cheyee and Babai ki Kaalu!!!
Telugu Desam president N Chandrababu Naidu has very high hopes on Junior NTR's campaign for his party in the next elections, but going by the sources, Jr NTR has developed second thoughts on supporting Naidu.
According to these sources, Jr NTR might not attend the "Yuva Garjana" rally to be organised by TD at Guntur on November 5. Naidu is roping in all the family members of N T Rama Rao, particularly Balakrishna to address the gathering at this rally, so as to galvanise the voters in favour of TD. He was hoping that Jr NTR would be the star attraction at the rally.
However, Jr NTR is learnt to have given dates for shooting of his latest film "MLA" in the entire first week and according to his schedule, he will be out of station along with Ileana for picturisation of a song on November 5, whenYuvagarjana is slated to take place. Watch out for more news on whether Jr NTR fixed the dates deliberately or he would cancel the dates to attend the rally.

Congress lo Reddy's ki check!!!!
Keen on retaining power beyond 2009, Chief Minister Dr YS Rajasekhara Reddy is expected to cut Congress tickets to Reddys in the next elections. The impact of Praja Rajyam chief Chiranjeevi is already showing on the ruling Congress where a substantial section of leaders from BCs are clamoring for a bigger share.
According to insiders, Dr YSR is gearing up for a surgical intervention to remove the impression that the Congress is the natural choice of Reddys in the State. Presently there are 65 Reddy MLAs in the State Assembly. They comprise about one third of the Congress legislature party (CLP), which has a size of 185.
Compared to the Congress, Opposition TDP has less percentage of Reddy MLAs. Of the 46 members won on its ticket, only eight belonged to this farming community. Compared to the Congress, Reddy's presence in other parties like the CPI, the CPI(M), the TRS, the BJP and the MIM is minimal.
But, these 2009 elections are going to be entirely different. While Chiranjeevi has emerged as the clear choice of BCs and other downtrodden castes including numerically strong Kapus, the TDP has decided to consolidate its position among BCs, by allocating at least 100 tickets to them.
After the humiliating defeat in May 29 by-elections, TRS president KCR too has announced that he would give at least 50 seats to BCs in the next elections. Another pro-Telangana party, NTPP , too is expected to allocate a lion's share to BCs, as its chief Devender Goud is a mascot of subaltern castes.
"If we have given around 90 tickets to Reddys last time, it may not be more than 60 seats this time. Even if we come to power, Reddys dominance in CLP would be minimised," said a close aide of Dr YSR. Now, Reddys rule the roost in any CLP meeting as others rarely get a chance to speak.
"YSR has already begun hunt for nonReddy candidates and mostly BCs in most constituencies. He is looking for those who are young and also who can win," said the aide. If this happens, the Congress would go for a total revamp of its character in the State, he pointed out.
In such case, even if he scrapes through the next elections, the share of Reddys would be reduced in the Cabinet also. This would help pave way for a nonReddy Chief Minister, even if the Congress comes back to power. Stretching this logic further, YSR may be the last Reddy Congress chief minister in AP .

Indra back with bongu....sorry bang....
However, the difference is that the place in the film was Rayalaseema; but here it is Srikakulam. And in the film, Chiranjeevi had curved moustache; and in the real life, he was absolutely without any make-up and was his normal self. Perhaps, Chiru might have definitely recalled his Indra days!
Babu's new gamble....Babu antee garidi kadha..
Chiranjeevi replaced NTR as the Telugu film industry’s reigning superstar, and changed it forever; and now that he’s entered politics, he might change NTR’s political legacy as well. The Telugu Desam Party, which NTR founded in 1982 and with which he swept to power bare months later, has now announced support for the bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh that is, by the standards of political discussion of that sensitive subject, quite unambiguous. Both the state’s major parties, the TDP and the Congress, faced considerable internal pressure about their Telangana policies for years — pushing them towards and away from support, towards and away from the Telangana Rashtra Samiti.
From the point of view of the next election, it is easy to see the appeal for Chandrababu Naidu and his politburo of taking this position. The TDP is obviously worried about the possibility that Chiranjeevi will make inroads into its base in coastal Andhra; and the communists, traditional allies of the TDP before Naidu allied with the NDA, had grown closer to the TRS recently. A possible win-win: Telangana would be secured, and so would the CPM. But it is actually an enormous gamble. Two key factors to track are: the disaffection in coastal Andhra that Chiranjeevi is exploiting, and, the disillusionment with the TRS that was made clear in the bye-elections that followed their legislators’ mass resignation from the assembly.
The TDP was founded as the party of Telugu pride. Its policies were populist, but its backbone was emotion. When Naidu replaced NTR, the TDP shed NTR’s instinctive grasp of populist policy-making; it replaced that emotion with clever, reformist, flexibility — but the emotional angle’s where Chiranjeevi might pose a threat. Getting behind Telangana at this point might help the TDP recapture some emotional content, but it means they won’t have even the memory of NTR’s up-tempo regionalism to call on. Naidu’s already shown incredible flexibility in the u-turn he gave his party’s image post-1995. Let’s see how the ruling Congress now responds.

praja ankita yatra starts!!!
Praja Rajyam chief Chiru is all set to commence his tour on Vijayadasami day considered to be the most auspicious day.
The tour aptly titled ‘praja ankita yatra’ will begin from Srikakulam district which is situated to the North of the State. Praja Rajyam is banking on the backwardness of the people in the North Andhra.
It may be noted that about five years ago the present chief minister YS Rajasekhara Reddy completed his highly successful ‘pada yatra’ in the same Srikakulam district.
Several leaders, mainly from TDP are expected to join Chiru party during the road show. Chiru fans in the region are waiting eagerly for mega star to have a closer look. What happened in Siricilla, the people of the region suffering for various reasons are expecting that the star will throw light in their lives.Praja Rajyam chief Chiru is all set to commence his tour on Vijayadasami day considered to be the most auspicious day.

Why chiru is so particular about Srikakulam???
His earlier tours were only to Telangana areas – twice to Siricilla and once to Jadcherla. Hitherto, he spoke mostly about Telangana issues like weavers' suicides, Special Economic Zones and farmers' issues. He participated in Ramzan festivities in Hyderabad and hosted Iftar partiesin Ranga Reddy district. His brother Pawan Kalyan, too, toured parts of Telangana including Hyderabad. Naturally, people expected that Chiranjeevi is wooing the Telanganites and that he might kick off his tour from Ranga Reddy district, which brought a lot of luck for Chief Minister Dr Y S Rajasekhara Reddy during his 2003 padayatra.
However, Chiru cleverly chose Srikakulam, which is equally backward district in coastal Andhra. He has received reports that his over-reaction on Telangana issues is causing a heartburn among the backward areas of Andhra. Hence, he needs to pamper them. Hence the trip and he hopes to allay apprehensions of the coastal Andhra people.
Secondly, if he starts his tour in Telangana, he needs to expose his stand on separate State issue, which he does not want to do now. His tour from Srikakulam would give him some breather to formulate his strategy on Telangana and he can explain it by the time his tour enters the Telangana region!

Vote For Congress says Super Star Krishna
Recently both krishna fans and mahesh fans combine together and campaign for the congress.
While Chiranjeevi has launched his own political party Praja Rajyam, another actor Nandamuri Balakrishna is all set to play a key role in his father's Telugu Desam Party.
Super Star Krishna declared that he is supporting Congress in coming elections. Although there is nothing new in this he announced it officially for the first time. When asked about Mahesh Babu, he said that he is talking only about himself as of now and only time will tell about Mahesh Babu. He added that he is not interested to enter politics as of now.
Krishna has for long been associated with the Congress and was elected to Lok Sabha from Eluru in West Godavari district. He has a close association with Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y S Rajasekhara Reddy.
"I have always been a Congressman and shall work for the party anytime," Krishna told recently after his meeting with Rajasekhara Reddy.
Krishna also informed his fans that Mahesh Babu was not interested in politics.
"Mahesh's focus right now is only on films," Krishna reportedly told his followers.
The ensuing elections will see three main film stars in the political battle in Andhra Praesh

AP Govt says Prastutaniki pasthulundi pandagaki parvannam tindurugaani
“kharif season lo requirement undhi, iyyandayya ante, Rabi kosam store chestunnam antunnaru. Chillarakottu lo bellam aduguthe manchi chintapandu undhi teesukellu annatundhi. Some more reasons cited are, (b) there is plenty of fertilizers at the centre but there are no railway wagons, (c) farmers have been resorting to stocking fertiliser more than their requirement fearing shortage.(d) there is shortage country wide, it’s not limited to the State alone, (e)govt is supposed to give subsidy but since there is no subsidy the fertilizer company has stopped manufacturing it and that is the reason for shortage.
Siva Prasad said that since the co operative societies are in the hands of the Cong men, they have been selling in black-market, and also distributing and diverting supply to the farmers of their choice. “I have evidence. Around ten people have been suspended, many have been transferred on account of serious irregularities. The govt should have an understanding first about the Kharif and Rabi crop. Before the Kharif season begins they should prepare an action plan. Saagu bhoomi entha, enni ekaraalu, ye panta esthaaru, enni ekaralu estharu, ye rakamaina yeruvulu, yekkada digumathi cheyyali etc. The govt has failed miserably on this account.”
He adds, “kadupu mandi raithu roadkekutthunnadu. When they are supposed to be on the field, they are sitting here begging for the fertilizers. They are losing their livelihood. If they put off their work for a few more days, they will have to spend additional money and the crop goes waste. What they need is immediate and sufficient fertilizers.”
The govt when faced with such problems should call all the opposition parties, discuss and decide but dongale veelaithe discussion enti? Adds Siva Prasad. He further states that this is just not complacency but total inefficiency, collusion and an effort to take an advantage out of a crisis. Illu tagalabaduthunte chutta kalchendhuku nippu dorikindhi vaalaki.
NBK Mega entry on Oct 24
He will participate in the Telugu Desam party's "Yuva Garjana" at Guntur, which is expected to draw huge crowds from across the State. TD president N Chandrababu Naidu told mediapersons on Wednesday that the Yuva Garjana would mark the beginning of the collapse of YSR government in the coming months. He asked the youth to come forward to take up cudgels against corruption in high places.
With Balaiah formally taking the stage at Guntur, the party ranks are euphoric. They want that Balaiah would take the mantle of the party and become the Chief Minister one day. But, can Balaiah be a match to Chiranjeevi?
Congress protest in PRP
Veteran Congress leader, former MLA from Nellore and Pradesh Congress Committee vice president C V Sesha Reddy has resigned from the Congress and joined Praja Rajyam on Wednesday.
Sesha Reddy, who had to undergo a lot of trauma, after facing the disciplinary committee over the allegations of he supporting an independent candidate in MLC elections, met Chiranjeevi and formally joined the PRP.
Sesha Reddy's disciple and MLC Raghavendra Reddy already joined the PRP. Sesha Reddy said there was no recognition for sincere and senior workers like him in the Congress party. The past glory of the Congress had gone and the party at present had no place for sincere workers. He said there was a lot of future for Chiranjeevi in politics.
