EC IV Subba Rao said that 12% polling was recorded in entire state in the first two hours. It has been observed earlier that the queues at polling booths will be formed only afternoon but this time many are coming to vote in first few hours it self. It is a positive sign and many are saying that maximum percentage of votes will be recorded this time. The law and order is also strong in almost all the polling booths and the enthusiasm of people to vote is also observed in big way.
