Telangana Rashtra Samithi will be completing eight years on April 27. But there will be no anniversary celebrations and no fire works this time.
According to TRS sources, party president K Chandrasekhara Rao has decided that there would no state executive committee meeting of the party or anniversary celebrations, as has been the practice for the last seven years. “Since the elections have just completed and there will be nothing but review about party’s performance or discuss future course of action right now. So, there will be no agenda for the anniversary meeting. Hence, the postponement,” party sources said.
The celebrations would be there only after the declaration of election results, provided the party would get sufficient seats. Till such time, any celebrations would be too premature and ridiculous. If the results are not in the TRS favour, there would be nothing to rejoice for KCR
